SRS -- God's gift to students
I’m sure just about everyone has made flashcards at one point or another. It’s the classic way of learning. Gotta memorize the entire periodic table? Make flashcards and go thru that pile several times everyday until you know them by heart. Learning mastery!
Not quite. A few problems:
One: Flashcards quickly grown unwieldily. As long as you only have 30 words to memorize...

Everyone knows that the single best way to learn a foreign language is to immerse yourself in it. Completely immerse yourself and you simply have no choice but to learn the language. Your body starts to inhale it in the same way that a baby does.
