I'm an American photographer living in Japan. I take photos and talk about them. Sometimes other stuff too, random bits from my brain and whatnot.

I received a few answers to my question. Thought I would share them.
sharanam, whom I fully recommend you follow if you are interested in Buddhism, wrote the following (I’m reformatting and adding links):
Might like
Photos: measart, notquitehere, twodimensional, ladderandveil, capture-the-silence
Zen/Dharma: zencircles, koanpost, livinlite, 108zenbooks, oxtraces, itsnotwhatyouthink
Also: wabiisabii, myserendipities, amiquote, findandtrust, greaterthan
And for your RSS crashinglybeautiful and yama-bato are wonderful…
All look good, except two… Measart is blank and itsnotwhatyouthink only has one post. I wonder if he made a typo?
But at any rate, I added them all. Thank you very much for the suggestions.

Thanks! I added that too.
I really appreciate both of you taking the time to give me suggestions.
Anyone have any others?
We all know that Tumblr uses the “j” and “k” keys to scroll up and down in the dashboard unix-style, right? Really handy. But is there any hotkey for “liking” a post, or for expanding the photo if it’s a photo post?
Anyone?
Guys, seriously.
Is it money? Tell you what—do one of these:
Make a pro version of tumblr. People pay 20 a year to upgrade and get something special—I dunno, a hat or something. You know, you don’t even have to give anything extra. There are enough guys on here would would gladly donate to get a service that, oh I dunno—WORKS.
Use the iPhone in-app purchase model and make add-ons to your service that we can pay for. 5 bucks gets you a more useful Dashboard, maybe one with something similar to Twitter’s lists that let you group the folks you are following into different categories. Another 5 bucks gets you… I dunno, a bigger icon or something. So on so forth.
But, guys, you need to do something. Fast. You are losing credibility and in danger of becoming a joke. You did see this study concluding you are not a reliable service, didn’t you?
I hear you, and I do agree. Every company has growing pains, especially when they grow as quickly as Tumblr has. I can forgive them that, tho it doesn’t lessen the annoyance. And yes, the community is excellent, which is the main reason for me staying here.
I’m not going anywhere. This will still remain my personal meta-blog, with everything I do on the web re-posting here. I’m just a little frustrated.
Maybe too much coffee.
